"They didn't help me get checked in and then cancelled my reservation saying I didn't contact them. The time I spent there for my conference, even though they cancelled my room, was atrocious. There was construction dust everywhere and staff were cruel and took zero responsibility for their jobs."

Great place to spend a night at Lake Tahoe!
"Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice. Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable. Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store. Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities."
