”The floors were dirty in our room as my white socks immediately became grey coloured just from walking into the room to the side of the bed. The door lock code to our room was non-functional and had to waste 30 minutes of our check-in time to temporarily resolve the access issue. Host confirmed the specific room lock was already experiencing issues and was not fixed prior to our check-in.”

We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...
