”I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this property. Especially since the price is budget friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains/hills. You have to have a key fob to get onto the property as the grounds are gated. The hostel is clean, and the staff is friendly. This was my fourth time in Marseille, and my first time in the 12th Arrondissement. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting Bum Bum Jones and I! ”

”Very basic hostel, but in a good location: just 5 minute walk from the railway station of Nice. A bit old though, building and facilities would benefit from some renovation/fixing. Room with a shower didn´t include towels (luckily one can rent one from the reception), and the shower was rather old and seemed a bit unhygienic. Reception/staff was friendly and helpful, and we could also leave our luggage at the hostel for a day free of charge. All in all: if you just need a well-priced overnight...
