Beach House II #303 is situated right on the beachfront of South Padre Island, overlooking the beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is the perfect island getaway for friends and families to come for a beach vacation. The living area is spacious and features comfortable seating to lounge around by the flat screen tv. Guests will sleep soundly in all 3 bedrooms! The master bedroom entails a comfy king bed, an en suite bathroom, flat screen tv, and great ocean views! All 3 bathrooms have walk in tile showers. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv. The third bedroom entails a full bed. This condo accommodates six (6) guests.
The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you will need to prepare meals. The condo provides cable as well as free WiFi. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area making it easy to relax in the sun. Restaurants and shops are also located within walking distance of the condo. Every stay at Beach House II #303 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
➡️ Important Notice regarding Beach House Condominiums: Beginning 2/10/26, the pool and deck located between Buildings 1 and 3 will be under renovation for approximately two months and will be temporarily closed; guests may use the larger main pool and hot tub during this time. Please note that daytime construction noise, including drilling, may be heard throughout the property.
