With its unique location right next to the community pool and just a short stroll to the beach, this ground-level gem is perfect for families or travelers looking for easy access to both water and relaxation.

Inside, you'll find a bright and thoughtfully arranged space designed for comfort and convenience. The open living and dining area provides the perfect spot to gather, whether you're enjoying a casual breakfast before heading to the beach or relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials—cookware, dishes, and utensils—so you can prepare your favorite meals with ease.

This cozy unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and twin trundle beds in the second bedroom—great for kids, friends, or anyone who prefers their own sleeping space.

Just outside your door, you're steps away from the inviting community pool, making this unit especially convenient for quick dips or all-day lounging. Fire up the grill in the shared BBQ area, or take a short walk to the sandy shores of the Gulf for beachside fun and sunset strolls.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
