”Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival and had a strong unpleasant odor. I also encountered roaches in the room, which was very concerning. The hot tub was in poor condition, with green, dirty-looking water, an unpleasant smell, and visible hair clumps floating in it. It clearly did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property did not meet my expectations, and the experience was not...

”The room was not as clean as I would have liked it but it was spacious and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean, the shower pressure was great and we all had hot water for showers. The staff was friendly and the location was great! The hotel has beach access and there was a mcdonalds a few feet away. Overall, I would stay here again.”

”Room are clean, staff great but the facility exterior need paint and maintenance. Building has mold, and need paint. Is a excellent facilty and great spot, should take advantage of that and made the building attactive. Elevators stick like mold very strong.”

”The bed felt like springs and a hard board, the room smelled like someone emptied an entire bottle of horrible perfume. We paid more for the hot tub in room but did not use it as it was beyond disgusting. You could see to the outside from both doors in the room, which made our room extremely humid. The shower was disgusting. No water pressure at all. The hotel was fully booked so we could not ask for a different room. They have a no refund policy so we got screwed. Even the check in process...

No proteins- Waffles, coffee and juice, basic. The room was spacious, but very basic. The swimming pool is small and you should expected the pool to always be full of guest. The hotel Price was good considering the location.”
