”This property is adjacent to a green belt park that runs for miles in either direction. They have playgrounds, frisbee golf, basketball courts, and a walking/biking/roller blade paved path. The stay also offers free golf at a local course and they have clubs free for use. The room itself is as advertised; it’s small but very adequate. The outdoor spaces are quite nice with shade and nice, comfortable outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again!”

”We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Outdoor space was helpful as a place to eat or relax. Pool was clean and a nice area to go to. It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. ”We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us.”

”The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!”

”This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

”Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room.
