”The room was large and attractive. And good location but three big negatives for us. 1. Air conditioner was extremely loud. 2. Bathroom poorly designed with inability for use of toilet and anything else with privacy and bathroom not deep enough. 3. No sign in room that room would be cleaned only if requested to front desk. Small notice of that buried in other matters on paper posted in elevator.”

”The room was okay for budget purposes. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was unusable due to a significant amount of goose poop around and inside. We didn’t need the kiddie pool but I would not have put my child in there if we did, Very unclean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. ”

”Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again...
