”When I first got to the hotel to see if there was an early check in had to wait 15 mins at the front desk for someone to help. My room did not get cleaned and nothing got restocked I stayed there for 2 nights. There was a chair in the room that had a broken leg which was concerning. ”

”The staff members were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area had lots of restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive to the hospital where my son was admitted. ”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...
