”Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.”

”Standard hotel, nothing fancy. The room was clean but we had issues with the microwave. Alsp, the second floor is only accessed via stairs.”

”Everything was nice per the price. The property is located in very accessible place to all commodities at a few minutes walk. The lift seemed very old and thus made me feel anxious that I may get stuck into it. For this reason, I would use stairs to 3rd floor everytime.”

”Directions for parking not explained properly,there was no water available for purchase.Breakfast ten out at 8am and not replaced in a timely manner.Pool is too small and we were unable to enjoy it.Front desk was not accommodating.Overall bad experience”

”Tullessani puolen yön aikaan hiukan tyly vanhempi mies vastaanotossa ei hyväksynyt luttokorttejani, jotka kyllä kävivät seuraavassa hotellissa ja autovuokraamossa, vaan jouduin maksamaan käteisellä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja portaat kapeat ja jyrkähköt. Hiukan nuhraantuneessa huoneessa oli uutta ikkunat, ilmastointilaite ja televisio. Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....

”The room was discussing. There was hair in the refrigerator and the bathtub. The shower head did not work. And the scene kept leaking water. I also had to deal with a ant problem. And they only give you two thin blankets to sleep with.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Very beautiful and clean rooms and lobby. There is a bar downstairs and food within walking distance. Shuttle goes every 20 mins to midway which is very convenient. Highly recommend if you have an early morning flight out of midway.”

”This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...
