”The breakfast was horrible and Expedia gave us two queen beds, which I requested a king bed room. The hotel was very nice to switch it but Expedia put you where they want too and I didn’t like that.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”My stay started off on the wrong foot. When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn't the one I had reserved. I also asked about parking, but there was no valet service and no one offered to help or provide any guidance. Breakfast was another disappointment. I don't understand the purpose of having a breakfast card when the selection was so limited. The food consisted of fried potatoes, mushy scrambled eggs, and coffee that was so weak it tasted more like tea. Overall, the experience did not meet...

”DID'NT STAY, they wanted a very large deposit. Would not take a credit card for deposit. Wanted Zelle or a type payment that you could not receive any money back if you wanted. Even if there was no issues with your stay (if need be). I went through Expedia and there site said to not pay these form payment the host was requesting. The ppl put non-refundable but didnt tell you how they were going to request deposit or the amount. Until after you book DONT DO IT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS”

”I was skeptical at first, just based on outside but that’s just me. The inside lobby is beautiful. Elevators could use some freshing up. Room was spotless and smelled good. New shower head and the shower pressure was great. Very impressed and would stay again!”

”Tullessani puolen yön aikaan hiukan tyly vanhempi mies vastaanotossa ei hyväksynyt luttokorttejani, jotka kyllä kävivät seuraavassa hotellissa ja autovuokraamossa, vaan jouduin maksamaan käteisellä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja portaat kapeat ja jyrkähköt. Hiukan nuhraantuneessa huoneessa oli uutta ikkunat, ilmastointilaite ja televisio. Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....
