”Spent a night! Wish I could have stayed longer. The space was clean and beautifully designed, and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating to my needs. Wish I had gotten to enjoy the menu items, but I had to get back to the airport. The shuttle was also great; it came every 20 minutes, and I loved saving money on ride-sharing back to the airport in the morning. Overall great! ”

”Some may find this hotel a little "old school", but it's dependable, clean, efficient, and well located. There are so many reviews of hotels in the downtown area that are all over the place...we went back here in 2025 after staying there in 2016, and they were on top of everything. Room could have been a tiny bit bigger, but hey, it's downtown Chicago...view was nice, room was clean and quiet, restaurant/bar area was clean and breakfast buffet was nice, and check in/out was simple.
