”The place itself is big, full of facilities and nicely decorated. It's biggest asset is it's people. We were treated so well from start to finish for our whole stay. Polite and courteous and also good humoured and friendly.”

”Wow. This was an amazing experience. The woman who greeted and took care of us (Emma?) was the most wonderful host and the hardest working person I have ever met. The room was fantastic with a great view and the experience in general was magical. The only downside was that the published open times for the tavern were not correct and the links in their welcome books seemed broken. Everything else, fantastic. A great find in a historic space. Worth every penny. ”

”Such a pleasant surprise. I have spent over 55 years travelling around the world, mainly on business. Sadly, the UK proved to be the most disappointing country for hotels and restaurants. Not this one. A pleasant and helpful receptionist, a superb team in the bar and restaurant for dinner and breakfast this morning. A bedroom twice the size of any Premier Inn, a super king bed, most comfortable. All in all, one of the most positive experiences all round. Congratulations to all the great team...

”This beautiful stay is not to be overlooked if you're staying in the area. We booked the Clock Tower after a wedding at the Granary in Fawsley and this stay is easily head and shoulders above any other option in the area. Despite finishing at the wedding relatively late, Lizzie and her partner greeted us with professionality and the hospitality you would expect of a 5* hotel. The rooms was an absolute dream, with all the amenities you could ask for even down to fresh milk in the fridge! The bed...

”This lovely little pub/hotel punches well above its weight in terms of quality and value. Very engaging staff team providing a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Restaurant food was superb and so much better than the homogeneous chain hotel fare. Convenient for stroll into town and a few metres from the racecourse/parkrun. ”
