”Breakfast”

”Saavuimme autolla pimeällä. HOtellin löytäminen oli vaikeaa ilman tarkkaa osoitetta. Navigaattori ei tunnistanut kohdetta. Myöskään alueen paikalliset asukkaat eivät tunnistaneet kohdetta. Kyseessä on moottoritien varressa olevan pysähdyspaikan majoituspaikka, sisäänajo ainoastaan toisen suunnan rampista. Kävelymatkan sisältä löytyi useita ruokapaikkoja. Pysäköinti sisältyi huonehintaan. Itse hotelli oli ok.”

”Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

”It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!”

”Very Hot! No AC. Did not feel safe, there were people walking around through the hallways and smoking out side, which their smoke came into our room through the one and only tiny window which offered limited ventilation”

”The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.”

”It was a terrible experience, locating the property was so difficult, the cleanliness is zero, poo in the toilet, showers not working, no hot water running fron the sink, bedroom heating not on, the bed is scrab. Infact no positive to say about the property.”

”Pros: bus stop nearby, easy to get to many tourist attractions even if located a little away from city center, grocery store around the corner, clean comfortable bed, fan provided. Short stay ok. Room has kettle, some free cookies, free coffee tea packets. Tub mat provided to prevent slips and falls. Room 33 is very quiet. Cons: No ac. No elevator. Even if only one floor of staircases, it is difficult with heavy luggage. Need to ask for shampoo. They give you hair dryer at desk reception. No...

”On going work in the property. There was no water in the property so use for anything. Staff were terrible, I have to call to get my access code and they end up giving wrong access codeI booked room 1 they put me in room 4. I called to find out why and they responded by text message and then closed work for the day.”

”Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months”

”We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all. ”There is no guest house, it's a scam, fraud, fake. I want my money back! They accept booking, you get confirmation and you don't get room, they don't answer your call. Need to report it to every possible site!”

”Not what it seems. Had a room with a small kitchen , dirty bowls and plates left in oven which had been there for some time going by the smell. Had a "private bathroom" which was shared by the room next door. Had one night here and bailed out. Had booked to come back three weeks later but soon cancelled that.”

”Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home.
