”Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

”Excellent value for a budget hotel. Clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Checkin was over the phone and was super friendly and helpful”

”It was a terrible experience, locating the property was so difficult, the cleanliness is zero, poo in the toilet, showers not working, no hot water running fron the sink, bedroom heating not on, the bed is scrab. Infact no positive to say about the property.”

”We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. ”

”Didn’t stay had to find alternative accommodation. Place was filthy, unsafe was more like a hostel than guest house. Unable to contact the agents still 3 days later and no call back from them ”

”The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.”

”This exquisite little hotel is an architectural gem, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms with sumptuous bathrooms, designed for luxury getaways. No food service is offered, except a token continental morning starter, but ample dining is available within walking distance. Hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and discreet. We would gladly have spent more nights here, and heartily recommend the Carlton for a unique experience.”

”Saavuimme autolla pimeällä. HOtellin löytäminen oli vaikeaa ilman tarkkaa osoitetta. Navigaattori ei tunnistanut kohdetta. Myöskään alueen paikalliset asukkaat eivät tunnistaneet kohdetta. Kyseessä on moottoritien varressa olevan pysähdyspaikan majoituspaikka, sisäänajo ainoastaan toisen suunnan rampista. Kävelymatkan sisältä löytyi useita ruokapaikkoja. Pysäköinti sisältyi huonehintaan. Itse hotelli oli ok.”
