”I had a terrible experience...”

”Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

”It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!”

”Very Hot! No AC. Did not feel safe, there were people walking around through the hallways and smoking out side, which their smoke came into our room through the one and only tiny window which offered limited ventilation”

”The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.”

”It was a terrible experience, locating the property was so difficult, the cleanliness is zero, poo in the toilet, showers not working, no hot water running fron the sink, bedroom heating not on, the bed is scrab. Infact no positive to say about the property.”

Staff were terrible, I have to call to get my access code and they end up giving wrong access codeI booked room 1 they put me in room 4. I called to find out why and they responded by text message and then closed work for the day.”

”We had a very stressful and disappointing experience. We arrived around 12:00 AM and were able to open the main entrance, but the room door would not open despite trying many times. We spent almost an hour trying to access the room and called for help, but there was no support available at all. As a result, we were left outside late at night and had no choice but to book a hotel at the last minute, which cost us a lot of money. This caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. ”Not what it seems. Had a room with a small kitchen , dirty bowls and plates left in oven which had been there for some time going by the smell. Had a "private bathroom" which was shared by the room next door. Had one night here and bailed out. Had booked to come back three weeks later but soon cancelled that.”

”We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! ”Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home. ”Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months”

”Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.”

No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail.
