”Really enjoyed our 2-night stay although, going to the rugby at Twickenham meant we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel.
However, our experience of the hotel was fantastic - lovely room, superb friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. As it is ultimately a Victorian hotel, it is a little tired and the walls are thin, but none of this cast any sort of shadow on our stay.

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.

”Hotelli on vanha, mutta siisti ja palvelu on hyvää. Sijainti on kohtalaisen kaukana Lontoon "ydinkeskustan alueista", mutta undergroundilla pääsee erinomaisesti perille noin 15-30 minuutissa. Hotelli on aivan lähellä metropysäkkiä. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, mikä voi kesällä olla aika ikävä juttu. Ikkunan sai auki. Siisteystaso oli hyvä. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!”
