”Very simple breakfast and it’s to get you started for the day, nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful to us when we got there at 3;00 AM in the morning, Alex was a very big help to us and very friendly person. Will stay here again. ”

”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain.”

”The hotel was very nice and cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that it had a microwave in our room. The only reason I gave it a 4 had nothing to do with the hotel. It was just unfortunate that the area was a little sketchy so just avoid walking on 3rd street and you’ll have a great time”

”I arrived late and left early for a morning flight, so I barely got to experience the hotel. But the room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. What really stood out was the staff. Since I had to leave before breakfast started, they handed me a breakfast bag and let me grab a free cup of tea without hesitation. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful, courteous and full of energy at an ungodly hour, helped with my heavy luggage and pointed me in the right direction. Small...

”This Wyndham wasn't quite up to the usual Wyndham standard. Hallways were dark and carpet stained. The mirror and framed prints in my room were splattered (champagne?). There was leftover food in the refrigerator and the washing machine unit in the room was broken.”

”There were a number of great features. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle service was a great benefit. My only complaint is that one of the drivers frequently seemed impatient or frustrated with riders. Otherwise, it was a great experience.”

”Great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant . The grounds are beautiful. Loved our room with the large windows of the beautiful outdoor area. Will absolutely stay here again next visit! Plus- it's a short ride to the airport and they have a 24 hour shuttle service.”

While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. ”
