”Very simple breakfast and it’s to get you started for the day, nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful to us when we got there at 3;00 AM in the morning, Alex was a very big help to us and very friendly person. Will stay here again. ”

”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain.”

”Showers sucked. iPads were a neat idea but were annoying. AC didn’t work. Pillows were not great woke up every day with a messed up neck.”

”Staff were really good! Checked me in right away and got me an extra blanket when requested. The on-site Asian restaurant is a nice touch as its not the typical greasy spoon. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!”

”Our check-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of hospitality from the receptionist (April 27, 2026 around 4pm). While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests. ”

”Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. ”

”Fabulous hotel! Beautiful Northwest style & vibe. Front desk staff were super nice & helpful. Valet was efficient & speedy. Room was cozy & clean. Shower amazing & soaps/lotions provided by the hotel smelled comforting and refreshing. Bed beyond comfortable & great pillows. 10/10 will definitely be making the Populus our go to stay while in the city. ”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal.
