”Very simple breakfast and it’s to get you started for the day, nothing fancy. Staff was very helpful to us when we got there at 3;00 AM in the morning, Alex was a very big help to us and very friendly person. Will stay here again. ”

”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain.”

”Showers sucked. iPads were a neat idea but were annoying. AC didn’t work. Pillows were not great woke up every day with a messed up neck.”

”The smell in corridors was awful. Corridors were not clean and walls had broken corners etc. Location is good and beds okay. ”

”Staff were really good! Checked me in right away and got me an extra blanket when requested. The on-site Asian restaurant is a nice touch as its not the typical greasy spoon. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”Overall experience was good. Room was nice and had a decent amount of space for being a smaller room.The toilet however, is in its own small area and when I shut the door I was trapped inside. If someone was traveling alone they would have to call the front desk for assistance…if you don’t have your phone with you…good luck. The shower is also next to the door with no privacy to get undressed.”

”Dirty, towels didn’t look washed as they had stains all over, tv didn’t work, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I never leave negative reviews but I Wouldn’t recommend. ”
