”The hotel is in a need of renovation. The room was still okay but already outdated.
What really describes the hotel's attitude towards their guests is that they don't accept deliveries for their guests! My orders were turned away by the front desk, causing me tremendous problems. In many hotels that I have stayed, they even bring the packages to my room. Not in this hotel, though! I was not even informed about this total lack of service so I could not do anything about it in advance. There were...
