”We had gnats in our room and it smelled like weed so bad. I think maybe it was the people under us? I wish there were a hot tub on property and the splash pad area is lacking stuff for kids less than two years old and it was extremely cold. The rooms were overall clean though and very nice and spacious. ”

”Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. The restaurants and food on site...

"Clean rooms, noisy ac unit. Room cleaning every other day. Breakfast had a poor selection. Ihop and Dennys near by if needed. Splash bar is for breakfast only 6.30-9.00. Not open in other times. Around 10 tables inside, so very cramped during breakfast and if it rains it is easier to take breakfast to your room. Also around 10 sun beds at the pool, so availability might be poor. Parking ok around premises."

"Room was old, very noisy aircon, cockrot in the bathroom, good shower and pool area. Nice staff.Third floor view was bad, directly to the roof where's bunch of machines, so not worth of money spent, avoid that."
