”The room was dirty. We pulled up the Detective with his lights on and lots of people were outside doing drugs. The bathroom was dirty and i would not step on the carpet barefoot. I ordered a cheeseburger medium with fries - it was 30 minutes before closing. The burger came out raw and the fries not cooked all the way. I did not eat it but paid for it. it is a very unsafe place to stay. THE SHUTTLE WAS 445 MINUTES LATE picking us up from training. we were out in a parking lot terrified....

”You know, one bad apple can ruin a good bunch. There was an overnight person working named Rodney, he was TERRIBLE! He allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to party in the pool 2 of the nights, the pool was DISGUSTING, cloudy and had a film. He gave all of the towels away and left us to use hand towels to dry off the next morning. When confronted he was rude, demeaning, inconsiderate, insulting and disrespectful. Tha manager was so very nice when we chatted with her about him. But...

”this hotel's policy for a week stay was "empty your own trash" "Bring your used towels down to the desk for new ones" and "We service the room every 7 days". All I heard was there will be no actual service at this hotel, thank you for staying. ”

”The suites have tons of room, living space, full kitchen, beautiful bedroom, and large bathroom. Impeccably clean and nicely designed. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Staff were nice and helpful when I couldn't find something. They went out of their way to show me. The only thing that was average was the breakfast, powdered eggs, sausage links, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. But overall a great place and perfect location if you're going to thr convention center.”
