”Kira is the best!”

”Only issue was there was no shower soap in container on two nights. They cleaned prior to me checking in and at 1 am in the morning had to use shampoo soap. Left early the next morning and came back later that evening after they cleaned the room again including changing my towels and the shower soap container was still empty. Don’t understand why this is not checked before customers check in or when the towels are exchanged. Other than that the room was great.”

”My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding before we flew out for our honeymoon. The staff was so kind to us and the room was very clean. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to get complimentary coffee in the morning. We rode the shuttle to the sky train. The staff was super helpful at explaining the sky train and getting to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.”

”I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient—it’s close to the airport. The room itself also appeared generally clean upon arrival. However, there were several ongoing issues that made the stay frustrating. The outlets in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to charge devices. The fridge and freezer were also not functioning well, which was an inconvenience during our stay. Even more concerning, the fire alarm...
