Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent.
