”We really enjoyed our stay at Stafford, location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. But the service level of the staff was the best - something extraordinary happened when we left the hotel with a taxi. Our son left his mobile phone in the lobby while we were waiting the taxi to arrive, which we did not notice. We got into the taxi, the taxi started driving and when we were two blocks away from the hotel, one member of the hotel staff stood outside the taxi while it was waiting...

”Palvelutaso jotain aivan huikeaa. Olen opiskellut Lontoossa ja asunut siellä lukuisissa hotelleissa sekä käynyt yli sadassa maassa ja siten nähnyt paljon hyviä ja huonoja hotelleja. Tämä oli aivan jostain toiselta planeetalta palvelutasoltaan. He tietävät että huoneilla he eivät voi kilpailla joten he panostavat palveluun kovasti. Suosittelen!”

”Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.”

”I've been traveling for decades, and our stay here (for a couple) was perhaps the best ever. We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). The bathroom was to die for: a spacious monument of granite and glass, with a big old style bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. The restaurant was gorgeous and comfortable, and the food was delightful. I liked the "Honesty Bar" where any time of day you can...

”The Taj 51 was a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. We were so comfortable and everything felt luxurious. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite that was spacious and gorgeous! We had complimentary breakfast and happy hour. It was wonderful after being out all day to come back to this hotel to relax. The attention to detail in the room is amazing as they anticipate your every need. Location is great with easy access to the tube.”

”We had a one night stay with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The staff was super welcoming and nice, they had even made a birthday card and left some chocolates and balloons in the room for her. Room was nice & clean, bed comfy. Would stay here again.”

”Minulla oli Deluxe huone. Huone oli pieni ja KATUTASOSSA. Todella epämiellyttävää kun ikkunat on suoraan kadulle päin, vaikka ikkunoissa oli jotkut verhot, oli pakko pitää paksuja verhoja kiinni huoneessa ollessani.
Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä.”

”Erittäin hyvä majoitus kaiken kaikkiaan. Valittamista ei juuri ole vaikka kuinka keksisi. Kallis toki, mutta sijainti, palvelu ja hotellin kunto olivat kaikki viimeisen päälle. Ikkunoista ei ole näköalaa, mutta huoneet ovat muuten tosi kivat ja isot. Paras hotellin suihku missä olen käynyt. Sadesuihku ja lattialämmitys. Kylppäri muutenkin hieno. Avautuva seinä huoneeseen ja iso kylpyamme. Sänky loistava. Hyvin mietitty pieniä asioita. Aamiainen voisi tähän hintaan jo kuulua. Ravintola oli maan...

”Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to lots of attractions.Spotlessly clean, suprisingly quiet. Perfect for three adults. Bed v comfortable, bathroom v clean.
Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great.
Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about.
Highly recommend Spoons on Leicester Square,the Italian Restaurant below the appartment.My wife,daughter and I visited the KU...
"We had a pleasant stay for four nights and would definitely book again in the future. The service was good and attentive. The superior room was spacious and items/bedding in the room was of good quality. The only thing not pleasant was the fitted carpet in the room, but thats a small minus overall. Location is excellent, very easy access to Gatwick, there is even a direct acces to Victoria station from the hotel. "

"We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day. The first upgraded room was fine with a river view but the other one again dirty. Finally after many efforts I got a decent room. Breakfast and the location was excellent. Doormen helpful and polite."
