”The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

”The room was clean and we also used the gym. My husband took advantage of the complimentary day pass at 24hr fitness and he said it was nice to have that option. We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall ”

”Writing Great stay at this hotel! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. One of the best parts of the location is how many great restaurants are within a short walk — all within about 5 blocks. We had so many options including Italian, Indian, Colombian, and even a Brazilian steakhouse nearby. It made dinner plans easy every night. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy having lots of food choices close by. Would absolutely stay here again!”

”The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage.”

”The hotel did not have us booked on the room we chose on Expedia. Ridiculous! I had to wait 30 minutes for a luggage cart because the hotel had no idea where they were or who had them. Terrible! The hotel never inforned us that when our room door is locked from the inside, the electronic key won't unlock it, whuch resuled in my being locked out of my room for an hour while my mother slept. Unbelievable!”

”When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. ”

”We decided stay at this hotel, because it is only option was. In general all good. Big parking lot, polite staff. But, room doesn't have fridge, and for my request slippers, they said, they don't have it. There are the reasons why I little bit disappointed.”
