”Our room was comfortable and well presented, check in was easy and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right by the park and a short stroll from Lark Lane. A few minor DIY jobs need seeing to in the room and bathroom which do not impact the function of the room but make it feel a little run down- things like light a light bulb needing replacing, some skirting board coming away in the bathroom, and redundant fixtures from when hand soap used to be supplied in bottles...

”The premises is dated and very basic but suited my last minute plans. Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. I won’t be staying here again. Felt a little unsafe walking to the premises in the dark so would...

”The hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff helped us check in early, and were very informative about the area. This is a great location, with everything you need within easy walking distance. The aesthetics of the building are classy, and the bar area, and breakfast dining, area are enjoyable places to just sit and relax. The rooms are luxurious, and very well equipped. Ate short stay was fantastic, and next time I visit Liverpool, I will have no hesitation in staying here. ”

”Very central location next to shopping area. Room was nice, high ceiling and aircon worked really well. You get some paistries and coffee from the lobby in the morning. Only downside was that you could hear the plumbing too well and there was no really cold water, so I couldn’t take drinking water from the tab.”
