”The staff were efficient, welcoming and happy to help. We wanted a cheap & functional room and that’s what we got with a bonus of a fan.
The parking was fantastic value - £5 for 24hrs and an easy walk to The Stadium of Light mainly along a pedestrian route.
Definitely great value and superb staff.”

”Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”
”There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery.

”very helpful staff member by the name of Jade helped us to navigate our phone to enable us to have free drinks instead of having our room cleaned. on our previous visit we had cards to hand in for this which we found much easier.”
