Staff at Reception was not smiling and that just put me off. Did not want to make much effort to welcome. Room was lovely. Very warm but i opened a window. No fridge though. Lovely dated property though. Didn't get to use pool or stay for breakfast.

Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and ...
