”Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings however the decor is very tired. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and the leisure facilities were good. There is a very limited food menu on offer in the bar and the quality of the food was mediocre at best.”

”Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling . This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.) Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! We’re in our 60’s definitely not rock stars, id rather watch telly than chuck it out of the window! The chap then said it’s so busy here because of the bank holiday ( Monday) that the dining room may not have space...

”The lift was out of use which was not ideal. My guest struggles to walk after smashing her ankle last May and we were on the top floor. The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. ”

”Hotel was nice, we really enjoyed the pool and the rooms. We did find that the what in the shower kept going hot and cold but not the end of the world. However something in the room made my partner have an allergic reaction so I'd you have allergies it might be worth bringing up in case it's a pet friendly room”
