”Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest.”

”We had to switch rooms due to no ac, pur second room had roaches and bed bugs, the room had a mildew odor. There was feces in the toilet. Ended up checking out immediately and going to a different hotel. Photos make it look way nice compared to what it is. Only thing clean/nice was the lobby area”

”The hotel looks great at first, but once you’re in your room, you realize how thin the walls are. We could hear people next door talking, walking, and even flushing the toilet. It was impossible to get the quiet rest we needed.
I booked two nights while caring for my daughter, who attends school in Irvine and had just undergone surgery. Unfortunately, after the first night, we couldn’t stay for the second.
The front desk employee was very kind and offered another room, but couldn’t guarantee...
