”You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible”

”Although the reception was friendly I feel she could have done more. When we ask for more blankets she said she only had one left. I was shocked to hear this. I asked if this was the case of one extra blanket for room and she said no. That she only had one blanket left and that’s all. The hotel overall was old and broken and dirty. Room felt stuffy and it had a bad odor. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. We left and got a new hotel reservation. We couldn’t stay there any longer. ”

”The property is definitely under a remodel right now but that is not shown on their website or Expedia. The pool is closed, multiple floors are closed and have plastic hung including right at the front lobby. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. We have stayed here before but won't be again.”

”Breakfast was great, hot tub temperature was excellent! The staff is friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Great location, near all common stores and good place to be located for downtown restaurants and sight seeing. Reasonable distance to Badlands & Mount Rushmore via car. (40 mins drive)”

”Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I unfortunately went to breakfast at a very busy time and the options were slim and not super quickly replaced but I’m sure it is good at other times. ”
