”I do not approve of the false advertisement of rates. Your web site said a specific cost per night when I reserved the room, but I was charged MUCH MORE per night! PLUS 13% extra PER NIGHT, not PER STAY!!! No other hotel charge that PER NIGHT!! You all ARE FRAUDULENT, and ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! You also charge me MORE than my sister even though we made our reservations AT THE SAME TIME!!! What are you all doing?!!!”

”Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...
