It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go. ”This property is located close the intersection of the HWY 101 and HWY 17, which makes it convenient. The property was clean. The bathrooms are up to date with new fixtures. If you are looking for a clean, well-situated place to launch your Phoenix visits, this will work for you. I would describe the interior furnishings as "minimalist" or sparse at best.”
