”Ive just come back from a weekend stay at the mondo in coatbridge unfortunatelyi had a bad fall not long after arriving and booking in as soon as i was able to inform reception what had happened i cannot say in enough words the aftercare owas given by all the receptionstaff at the hotel was second to none they went the extra mile insure my aftercare and my needs becausei was bedridden were taken care of regards that there was perodic checks done by the staff to make sure iwas ”
”This hotel is amazing. Loved the staff who checked us in. She was polite and went out of her way to transfter our bags. The staff we met at the reception with dark hair , slim ooh God the difference was striking. This stuff was rude and paid no attention that we were even in front of her. She should really be at the back not front. Overall it is a good value for money”

”Rang in advance to tell Reception we would be arriving after 10.30pm, she said it was no trouble. When we got there the young lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She told us where there was plenty of tea coffee and milk if we needed it - which we did after a long journey. The hotel itself was a little dated but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good quiet nights sleep. We would definitely use it again. ”
”Super clean, cool and comfortable stay. Breakfast excellent. Only downside is lack of reading lights beside the bed, but I guess nobody reads books anymore (except for me). ”
”Very warm welcome from the friendly and helpful gentleman on reception. Apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Room 104 looked onto an alleyway off the Square, whilst there was no view, it was quiet to get a good sleep. Only minus- the sofa was not that comfortable, very hard, reminded me of the subway carriage seating. This certainly didn’t detract from a lovely stay, the apartment was stylish and welcoming with everything you’d need and a superb bed - would definitely stay...
