”I came here for a solo trip for a few days to escape reality. The resort is certainly set up so you don't have to leave, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very professional (when I couldn't find the coffee shop I asked a cleaning lady who stopped what she was doing to walk me to the shop). ”Good location for me when i have work to do in the phoenix area! The room was clean and quiet! The staff was very helpfull and informative. Parking was the best since the parking area was empyu. Breakfast was not what i expected in that it was very limited. I will go back when i need a place to stay in the phoenix area!”

”The gym was very dark after sunset but they had a decent amount of equipment. The hot tub jets were not very strong but the water was clean and a good temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great for a mid level hotel experience. The breakfast was average but decent value as it was only $10. Bar food was not great or overly healthy but that’s the reality of a smaller hotel so not a turnoff in any way. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were all quite friendly.”

”From the time that I arrived until I departed, the Hilton staff was very helpful to make my stay as comfortable as possible.”

”Dated decor. The tv and remote control in my room did not work, even after the manager changed the cord. The room also had a stale odour. The location met my needs for the work conference I attended, but it wouldn't be somewhere I'd go to stay while on vacation.”

”The front desk staff, especially Julie, was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Julie was able to check-in. Whenever we saw Julie, she stopped to ask if we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The quality was very good, not cheap flimsy items. ”The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”
