This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. ”I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine.”

”Charging for parking. I have never stayed at a place, a Hampton Inn that I have had to pay for parking. Especially when you don't have that kind of money. The breakfast was amazing but at every Hampton Inn I have been to, people are very disrespectful and loading up plates of breakfast, leaving everything EMPTY. So it is the people that stay at these hotels, are very disrespectful and make a mess, take all the food, and then some places the kitchen staff will not refill it. Even if it's before...

”All staff very friendly”

”Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. ”
