”The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning.”

Pool area (bigger side) service was horrible, seems like they didn’t like to work, we ask questions about the food and drink menu and not very helpful, responded in a rude manner.
The smaller pool side was great, Luis a great bartender and staff around him were nice too. Better food options as well.”

”The pool was very nice. Our room was nice but the wood furniture was scuffed. There is no real “cafe” there. Breakfast was fairly good. The front desk said the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Our room got fresh towels, and trash taken out. Mostly it was a good stay.”
