”My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny”

”This hotel made me feel like trafficking is happening here. I arrived late due to flight cancellation. I was charged a holding deposit which I was advised would clear quickly. Now I’m being advised it make take up to 4 weeks. I have never heard a hotel deposit taking 4 weeks to clear. I received my room key. The hallway of floor my room was on, was filthy with all types of stains on the floor. No wet sign was up as there were recent spills. There was a party going on the floor and smelled...

”Went to check in but no hostess was available for 45 mins after check in. Room was not very clean and one chair had a ton of stains on it. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay once at 5pm and 2am.”

”For the most part the room seemed ok. But the deodorizer used and overused inside the mini fridge made us ill. This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. We will need to know what that chemical was due to the sensitivity we experienced. Overuse of scented chemicals does not confer cleanliness. Parking was fine and ac unit worked very...

”The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds.”
