”The staff throughout were very pleasant. A few things that were inconvenient was that the AC in room 201 has a bad smell. We thought running it would get rid of it, but it didn’t. Maybe needs a new filter. The body wash was really low, good thing we brought ours. It was Memorial Day weekend so people were drinking. Our neighbors in 203 were arguing, had to call the front desk. They were quick to settle the issue cos after we heard their phone ring they packed up. Overall we enjoyed our trip. ”

”We came to Phoenix looking to buy/move there. We stayed 6 nights and every time we entered or exited the hotel the staff was there to welcome us. The staff (breakfast area, housekeeping, front desk) was excellent! We will be back again....Thank you!”

”Although we gave fives in our rating, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. As someone else remarked, we could smell cooking and here the people a little bit--but because we knew that going in, it wasn't a big deal. To the owners: it would be nice to have a few extra towels and if you raise the shower curtain a few inches, it will keep the shower curtain from dragging in the tub. Also, at least two lights were burned out.”

”We rented this casita when in Litchfield Park for a wedding and family get together. It had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were snacks and bottled water, plus paper cups and plates for a snack. We made use of the iron and board before the wedding. It was quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. I would highly recommend this rental.”
