”OUTDATED, carpets, furniture, hardware, everything seems haven’t been replaced since 1970s . The only reason we booked this place it’s through travel team . We figured kids will have fun all in the same hotel. All 15 families greatly disappointed, some even checked out and found different place to stay .
Staff was super nice and helpful but , place needs to be shut down and seriously updated. ”

”The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation.
