”Central location to everywhere and great facility to dine in or dine out. Clean and reasonable costs.”

”Very nice small hotel with great location close to the pier and city center. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

”Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August.”

”Hieno reissu, kaupungin pääkadut vieressä ja matka rautatieasemalta sopiva. Uiminen kanaalissa . onnistui helposti, katua alas, hieman länteen ja suojatien yli, rappuset alas ja ranta olikin siinä. Aamupala tosi hieno”

”The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened 😵”

”Lovely hotel, good staff and nice food/wine. Only negative was the cost of nearby parking at £44 per night - apparently normal for this part of Brighton.”
