”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that!
Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm).
Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful.
Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
”Great location, just a short walk away from Japan town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful, quiet and inviting. They offer breakfast in the morning and tea and Sherry in the afternoon which was lovely. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. ”
”A wonderful gem tucked into a vibrant community. We stayed for a night to enjoy the city after work. We had a terrific pizza with an eggplant appetizer at a place 6 blocks away. The snacks in the dining room were a delightful treat. We enjoyed reading in the study. The bed was very comfortable. This place is a must stay again.

”Great location! It was super easy to use public transportation to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel offers free parking, but getting around by public transit is much easier and faster. So we only used the garage the first night and then returned the car to the rental company. The garage is small but very safe – it has an electronic gate that opens with the same key card as the room, so only guests have access.

”We took a suite which had could use a different enter/exit which turned out to be on Chestnut next to Noahs Bagel shop which we loved for breakfast in the room.
Loved the spaciousness and ambiance of the Suite - will do it again - very private and quiet. Kitchen was complete but we only used the micro & fridge - but nice to have.
Parking was tight (as is every spot in S.F.) but very safe and protective of vehicle. Parking alone is what will bring me back.
