”Great hotel,”

”My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW”

”Perfect to walk to events nearby.”

”I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the...

”Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay.”

”The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again.”

”Huone oli siisti, näkymät loistavat. Majoituimme 20. Kerroksessa. Olimme ensin viikon ja viikon kiertomatkalla ja sitten Palasimme samaan meriton suite hotelliin , koska olimme oikein tyytyväisiä. Huoneen vaihto samaan onnistui joustavasti. Keittiö on toimiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sauna ja uima-allas olivat plussaa.”

”Lovely stay! Very cool style and exceptionally convenient location which made our stay so much more productive. Would stay again. Just be aware it is on Oxford St and can be noisy at night. Didn’t bother us I can sleep through anything, and the bed was comfortable.”

”Siisti ja hiljainen hotelli lähellä juna ja ratikka asemaa.”

”Such a lovely hotel,it really was as nice as in the pictures. Clean, spacious, friendly staff, excellent location. The walls were a bit thin, but as the area was really quiet, there was no trouble at all. No lifts, but as we were located on the ground floor, there was no problem getting to the room with a pushchair. ”

”toimivuus oli hyvä ja sijainti. Myös joustavuus”
