”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”Hard to get to but it was worth it. Best view ever of Arenal volcano. Beautiful surroundings. Ten minutes from the hanging bridges. They send you to a gorgeous view restaurant for breakfast. Air conditioning was great. Comfortable bed with view of Arenal. They even have a jacuzzi hot tub in the room. Private patio with bistro to have a glass of wine while enjoying the mountain and gorgeous surroundings. Price was under $100. Coffee in room. Fridge, microwave and kitchen to cook if need be. Loved...

”I would highly recommend staying at this resort. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort is clean and inviting. The pools, hot tubs and sauna were all so relaxing and well kept. Our bed was super comfy and the rooms were spotless. The food was delicious and the swim up bar was well staffed.. both Jordon and Wilbur made our week with excellent conversation and service. All the staff did what they could to make our visit one to remember. ”
