Hinta-laatu-suhde ei ihan paikallaan
Majoittumisaikani ajankohta oli heti lehtimajanjuhlan avajaisten jälkeinen viikonloppu. Tämän vuoksi hotellin majoittumishinta ehkä oli aika kallis (yli 300 euroa/2 yötä/1 henkilö. HIntaan kuului ehkä vähän liiankin runsaasti katettu (liian paljon valikoimisvaihtoehtoja) aamiainen, ei muuta. Kaikki kylpylän palvelut maksoivat erikseen ja paljon. Laatu ei mielestäni välttämättä tarkoita mahdollisimman laajaa valikoimaa (esim. aamiaisella), vaan reilua "kokonaispaketti" palvelua. Mielestäni hotellin yöpymishinnan olisi pitänyt sisältää ainakin yhden hieronnan, mutakääreen tai muun hoidon. Silloin hinta-laatu-suhde olisi ollut kohdallaan. Toinen harmillinen asia oli hotellin vastaanoton uloskirjautumisessa syntynyt jono. Kesti todella kauan (n. 1 tunnin) jonottaa ennenkuin saimme kirjattua ulos itsemme. Jos olisi ollut kiire (onneksi ei) jonnekin, se olisi ollut katastrofi. Vastaanoton henkilökuntaa ehdottomasti lisää ja enemmän edullisia viikonloppu-, perhe tai muita pakettihintoja palveluihin!

Was waiting for a 40 minutes to get a sandwich at the lobby, lobby needs an improvement, should have a fresh pastries, juices , ice cream , cakes to serve a hungry guest immediately and not only after noon . Also , no one is thinking about elderly guest and no help to get to the sea for someone with limited walking ability. We had a room for three people. The double bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The third bed (folding sofa) was not prepared and turned out to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, there was no third set in the room (robe, towels, etc.) - I had to ask that everything be prepared for the third person

The staff is very friendly and the spa treatments were really great. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner the selections were plentiful. After dinner we listen to the entertainer’s interpretation of oldies. We will definitely come back!

The prices on extras are extremely high. No opposition for dining at the evening on Fridays. The water in the pool and in the shower was hot, it was like swimming in a bowl of soup. Dont come in the summer

Property was very nice clean and renovated. There is a nice big pool and spa which very nice not enough chairs around the pool for the number of people. I would not recommend going to this hotel on a Friday night. The hotel was jammed with families with little kids that were running around the hotel, as if it was her living room. Kicking screaming yelling, and the parents did absolutely nothing to discipline or take care of their children. We left the restaurant with a headache, the pool with a headache and the lobby with a headache if you want to go to this property, make sure you go any day of the week except for Friday night.

A great spot!
A gem of a spot. Its quality comfort with a beautiful pool and excellent food. Its setup where you dont have long walks from your room. Parking is a 5 minute walk and so is the Sea but I enjoyed my stay immensely. We had a couple of hiccups but the hotel responded immediately to rectify them which was impressive

The Hotel is top rated 5 star in everything. Service at the Front desk was above average, the front desk agent was very helpful and professional. Kathy from guest presentation helped us above and beyond, the food was excellent, the staff in all the areas was good professional and service was excellent. Like this hotel and definitely will come back
