”4 nights business trip and I was appalled by the level of cleanliness at this facility. Dirt on the floor, walls and every surface imaginable. Sheets were also covered partially with old stains and I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room at all. The lobby and common areas were full of strong chemical smell, maybe to cover some other smell, who knows. The gym was said to be "broken". Take my word for it, there are other and much cleaner and more comfortable places to stay in Mangalore.”

We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did.
