”I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat”

”The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced.”

”This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning”

”I do not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, my car was broken into while parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The thieves stole all of my belongings and completely shattered and removed the entire rear window of my car.
What is most concerning is that there are no cameras covering the back of the parking area, even though it is a very small parking lot owned by the hotel. The staff showed very little empathy or concern for what happened and took no responsibility whatsoever.

”We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted...

”The resort did not meet the standards I expected from a Wyndham property, and I left feeling highly disappointed and dissatisfied. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. There was no complimentary coffee available, and every time I asked for assistance, I was met with attitude or told the staff was too busy, despite the building appearing empty. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the experience was very disappointing.”
