Amazing renovation of hotel. breakfast was fantastic. I wish I've been told in advance that whole street is under reconstruction and patio in room needs an umbrella!!! It is so hot to seat there, furniture warms up and burn your butt! Please buy the umbrellas and service lunch and differ as well.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Upgrade gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, abgenutzt und ohne Safe. Nach der Reklamation haben wir ein weiteres Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war dann Ok aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und nicht wie in anderen Hotels (Wurst, Speck, usw.) sondern viel Israelische Küche.In der Lobby gabs immer Kaffe und Eiswasser, was wir sehr gut fanden.

Point négatif : la rue Ben Yehuda est en travaux et les ouvriers travaillent TOUTE la nuit. bruit de camions et de chantier incessant. Si vous souhaitez dormir, ne prenez pas votre chambre côté rue. Nuit blanche assurée ! L'hôtel devrait le signaler , vu le prix par nuit, ce n'est pas honnête de leur part. Nous avons alors changé de chambre. Nous étions dans une chambre spacieuse pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, La MANAGER nous propose une chambre plus petite côté cours ne pouvant pas accueillir 4 personnes ou bien d'ajouter une somme pour plus grand. ( pas très honnête aussi). Une somme qui a été doublé 1h après , on ne sait pas pourquoi. Pas honnête du tout. L'impression de m'être fait volé tout ça parceque j'ai accepté de payer une différence. On lui temps la main, elle nous arrache le bras . On vous indique un prix de parking en face qui n'est pas le bon, qui est lui aussi doublé lorsqu'on récupère la voiture. La MANAGER nie en bloc avoir donné ces informations et ne veut pas être tenue responsable, et cela, alors que l'hotel possède 15 places de parking tout le temps libres. Il a fallu que j'insiste fortement pour garer ma voiture de location dans leur parking alors qu'un geste de leur part aurait été plus correcte et réglo mais ils ne connaissent pas ce sens de l'hospitalité. A part ça, l'hotel est propre, le petit déjeuner raffiné et le garde de l'hôtel très gentil et accueillant.

Rooms not clean, small. But Staff is great
The room was not as advertised in the pictures, and was SUPER small compared to my friends "same style" room. I was not happy with the room being unclean on the floors and bathroom... But the size of the room and the having 2 beds pushed together instead of separate was NOT what I asked for. The staff are great and friendly, but the rooms and facility in general is lacking. For the price, I would have gone to many other options.

The room is very basic. Room 910 there are 3 distribution boards in the cabinet. One of them is noisy like you have a shaving machine on all night. Nice lobby 5th coffee and snacks in check in, nice roof top next to the gym, go there on sunset

Hôtel propre et confortable, bon petit déjeuner, personnel gentil et serviable. Bien situé, mais dans une zone avec beaucoup de travaux et compliquée pour l'accès aux taxis et aux piétons. La fenêtre de la chambre était cassée et ne fermait pas, il a fallu la condamner. Et le service n'a pas été fait lors de notre séjour.

Good stay
Amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was fantastic. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the market. One area for improvement is the beds. Unfortunately, they are very hard and after 3 nights of sleeping on them, our backs were in pain. However, everything else about the hotel is great. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff is all amazing in the cafe.

Good location near the beach and lots of restaurants options. Hotel decor and condition were excellent all staffs were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.

FANTASTIC receptionists. Nothing was too much, got a lovely breakfast to go on our early tour, helped accommodate us with showers etc. despite being checked out. Great clean & modern rooms. Only downside was the constitution outside the hotel and too firm beds (which is a standard in Tel aviv)

The hotel is located ideally. Bus connectivity is great and it will improve with the start of the tram which is being constructed.
