Valitsin matkani viimeiseksi yöksi laatuhotellin, olettaen korkeamman hinnan takaavan kunnollisen yöunen. Valitettavasti seinät olivat pahvia ja viereisessä huoneessa biletettiin subwoofereiden kannustamana. Yritin saada vaihdettua huonetta, mutta hotelli oli valitettavasti täysi. Respa soitti naapurihuoneeseen pariin otteeseen, mutta tällä ei ollut mitään vaikutusta tilanteeseen. Vasta kun reseptionisti kävi paikan päällä kolkuttelemassa ja hyssyttelemässä, tajusivat meuhaajat lähteä tiehensä. Huone oli muuten erittäin hyvä, tilava, puhdas ja tasokas ja wifikin toimi moitteetta huoneen sisälläkin.

This is a nice hotel. It's not a 5-star property, but it is clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping crew were inconsistent, not in their cleaning, but in their leaving the bath linens and coffee supplies.

Elevators were regularly broken, it's so narrow that we saw a disabled person on a wheelchair unable to get into it. It barely fits 2 people. Our room was so small that we kept tripping over luggage, to make things worst they put a pole in the middle for the TV taking even more room space. Another room was a little bigger b

Great in everything
The hotel has a great location, couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to most places to see and eat, and very secure area. Plus, is two minutes from the Sheraton, a pickup spot for most tours. The room has all that is needed and is comfortable. The staff is great, specially Tehilla, she is outstanding: helpful, fast, very friendly and always looking to help. All employees should be like her. I would stay there again without doubt.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The parking cost extra but at least they offered it. The restaurant was really good as was the breakfast which came with my room. So much food! My only negative would be the room was on the small side compared to what I'm used to in the US.

Very good hotel with one problem.
Clean, large room with good AC. Only drawback was lack of hot water for morning shower. I informed service desk a day before I left but still no hot water last day.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Prima City , comfortable , clean , safe and the friendly staff made our stay pleasant and unforgettable, one of the perks we were pleasantly surprised was that after a 14 hour flight , our room was ready waiting for us , we arrived close to noon and extremely tired and to have the room ready was absolutely wonderful.

Un hôtel très bien situé dans Tel Aviv proche de tout et de la plage au calme. Il dispose d un parking ce qui est très agréable. Personnel serviable souriant une chambre très confortable vraiment rien à redire je vous le conseille fortement

Muito bom, perto do mar, excelente localização
Excelente custo benefício comparado a outros hotéis da região. Perto da praia, 200 metros. Café muito bom e farto. Quartos bons, com armario, frigobar e cofre. Bem confortáveis. Recepção e Staf simpáticos e compreensivos. Voltaria a ficar no Prima ! Problemas…ar condicionado no modo refrigeração não funciona em algumas épocas do ano; ficamos 4 dias sem o uso do ar refrigerado, o que nos deixou bem chateados. Reclamamos até que liberaram o ar…tudo isso pra economizar para o hotel, mas no momento da reserva a opção de ar condicionado existia… Dois elevadores pequenos, em três dias um deles não funcionava. Demoraram 4 dias pra consertar.

This fairly small mid priced hotel in Tel Aviv was really excellent --staff was great especially Natalie at the front desk--location was great near the beach & shopping in Dizengoff St. i would highly recommend staying at the Prima City

Man sollte das Balkonzimmer nehmen. Nicht wegen des Balkons. Aber es ist etwas geräumiger. Wie in beinahe jedem Hotel fehlt es im Bad an Haken für Handtücher und an einer Garderobe für Jacken. Sonst gut. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Prime City - Great location and world-class staff!
Prima City was a home away from home for my family during our stay over the Passover holiday week. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast and so convenient to have a great restaurant (not owned by the hotel) on the premises in the evening. AND,,.a few minutes from beautiful beaches! Really want to thank Ksenia, Sudani, Gal, Luba, Hadar and the manager. They made the stay even more spectacular and special.

Good location near beach. Comfortable room, staff excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. Restaurant in hotel and food very good. All in all a good hotel and would happily go back.

Good but could be better
The closet was old and noisy during opening and closing; the pillows were uncomfortable for my neck. Toilet cleaning was not completed on my second day. In the bathroom, there was no place to put the used soap. Breakfast was good enough, and the employees were friendly. The location was OK, but the landscape was poor, and the windows were tiny.

Comfortable hotel with good restaurant
The hotel is comfortable and service was fine. The food served was good, tasty and reasonably priced for Tel Aviv. The rooms are basic, not luxurious but comfortable and adequate

Rooms were small and a bit cramped. Thermostat on the wall was either broke or regulated so the room stayed warm and stuffy a lot.
