Nice hotel, but the service could be better

The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened 😵

Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. Great place to stay, plenty of room for our family with young children, super big tables inside and out. Lovely garden. Loved our visits to Rottingdean, Saltdean lido and the Smuggler's Rest for a nice Sunday lunch.
