”Beautiful! It's safe and gorgeous. We were upgraded to a bigger unit without asking. Great view of the marina, really nice pool. It was never crowded at the pool. Walked to the beach and along the beach each morning. Gustavo was so nice and helpful.”

”Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly but we found service to be slow (everywhere not just Diria). The pools were very nice and beach is great. The resort is in a great location. The rooms were unimpressive and the whole place is showing it's age a little but we would recommend this place. Very safe and easy to book excursions etc. ”

”The room was very nice. I will say that I didn't have any furniture on my balcony, which was kind of a bummer. I've seen other complaints about staff being rude, not the case with me. The staff at the restaurants, bars, and rooftop were very nice and very friendly. I have seen other reviews about the front desk staff being rude. Personally? I didn't experience that but didn't have very many interactions with them other than hello. So, no problems there. I would recommend this hotel for...

HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating.
