”Hotel is located comfortably beside the golf couse with magnificent views. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Buffet breakfast and dinner works well. Fine gourmet restaurant Salazar is good and the staff especially good. Room was very spacy, bed is a bit on the hard side and bathroom and shower are very good. Noice insulation between the rooms is very weak and we were unlucky to have noisy neighbours. Overall very enjoyable week at the Hacienda.”

”The cleanliness was excellent and staff was very attentive. Far superior to other hotels that I have stayed in. The pool areas were quiet and relaxing. ”
”Hotelli on kaunis ja ainutlaatuinen. Asuimme hotellissa myös muutama vuosi sitten ja ajattelimme että menemme sinne taas. Uutena ilmiönä oli lapsiperheiden paljous, pidämme lapsista, kyllä, mutta
portaiden, siltojen ja jyrkänteiden takia emme tajunneet miten homma oikeasti voi perheeltä toimia. Meteli oli kova samaisesta syystä.
Huoneemme oli tosi pieni, ei jaksettu valittaa, mutta kun huonehinta on huomattavan hintava toivoisi hieman enemmän kokoa kuin vierashuoneesta kotona.

”The Sheraton La Caleta Hotel in south Tenerife was a nice experience. Nice view to the ocean and good bed - excellent place for holiday. Big pool area, a bit noisy because of many kids, but ok.
The spa area was nice but not so specal. Good breakfast.
The japanse restaurant was fantastic with good food and good service. The spanish one was not at all in the same level with the japanse and the servcie was slow. The pool restaurant was nice place in a sunny day, try the gazpacho, cold tomato...
”Olemme käyneet vaimoni kanssa Adejessa vuosittain jo yli 10 vuoden ajan. Olemme 70+ ikäinen "vanha" pari.Haluamme uida meressä (teimme sen 3-5 kertaa päivässä), kävellä (myös Caletan kylästä lähtevillä vuoria pitkin kulkevilla patikkapoluilla), lukea, nauttia auringosta. Olimme ensi kertaa hotelli Grand el Miradorissa. Se on hintava, mutta hintansa arvoinen. Meillä oli upea juniorsviitti, tilava parveke, merinäköala, kaikki mitä vain toivoa saattaa. Mahtavat säilytystilat kruunasi erillinen...
”Huoneisto sijaitsi torin laidalla keskellä pikkukylää/-kaupunkia. Loistava paikka seurata kaupungin verkkaista elämänmenoa ja silti rauhallinen. Huoneisto oli supersiisti ja tyylikkään itämaisesti sisustettu (kuten koko kerrostalo käytävässä olevine buddhineen).
Huoneiston sai 20 €/vrk lisämaksusta vaihtaa sellaiseen, joka sisälsi ison terassin normaalin parvekkeen sijasta - kannatti maksaa!
Huoneisto siivottiin kahden viikon oleskelumme aikana joka päivä - myös viikonloppuisin.

"Hotel was okay for a family holiday. There is no beach and the surrounding beaches are not usable due to sewage contamination. Pool area is lovely and the gardens are very nice. Public areas are nice, there is a small kids club hidden near lobby. The rooms are very dated, floors and walls very stained and dirty, and the mattresses old. Food was okay, lots of fresh fish which was nice. Not very much variety always, especially breakfast items always the same. Half board doesn’t include drinks. Pool bar is good. Area is quiet, but you can walk into town and to the animal park and surrounding restaurants etc. overall we had a nice holiday"
"Overall a nice hotel but the room wasn’t all clean, there were a lot of stains on the walls and the room seemed quite outdated in other ways too. We stayed during the high season so the price was hefty so maybe that’s why we felt like it wasn’t worth the price. If you are looking for a 5 star experience this is probably not the place for you but it’s a nice 4 star hotel -type of an experience."
